Project Description:

This project, completed in four stages, was for the following:

• Site establishment and mobilisation
• Demolition of existing interior structures
• Addition / alteration of all office spaces within the building (building size ~1000m²)
• Construction of wet areas within the existing building, i.e. install new drainage fixtures into existing concrete slabs and new waterlines.
• 200m² extension to original building for new training centre, slab on ground, steel frame and roof structure; and
• Engagement and co-ordination of several trades including civil contractors, concreters, carpenters, plumbing, electrical, dry wall plaster, data and communications (IT), glass and aluminium, tilers, refrigeration, roofing.
